Since ChildStrive is a non-profit agency, we depend on the generosity of people to help keep our buildings and landscaping in top shape as well as help at events that occur throughout the year. We also look for help with office work and in our advocacy efforts. We have volunteer opportunities for individuals, corporations and service agencies. Please take a look at the options below and let us know if you can volunteer your services at ChildStrive.
ChildStrive owns offices located in both Lynnwood and Everett and are often looking for help with landscape, painting and/or maintenance projects. These projects can be geared for groups of any size.
ChildStrive is often in need of volunteers to help with clerical support. If you have a few hours to spare each week we would appreciate your help with filing, faxing, preparing Welcome Packets, or possibly light computer work.
Several times each year ChildStrive has opportunities for volunteering at events including our annual spring luncheon, resource fairs, Santa photo event and holiday party.
ChildStrive works with partner agencies throughout the legislative season to advocate on behalf of children and families. Volunteers are needed to write letters, call their legislators, or visit Olympia to meet with local representatives and senators.
