Nurse-Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) transforms the lives of first-time pregnant mothers by pairing them with home visiting nurses to help provide support and guidance throughout pregnancy and until the child turns two. The NFP program teaches positive health and development between a mother and her baby.

Being pregnant can leave you feeling confused or frightened. ChildStrive nurses can help by providing answers to your questions about pregnancy, preparation for birth, and what to do once your baby arrives. We know becoming the best mom you can be is important, so your nurse will provide you with information about feeding and caring for you baby.

ChildStrive comes to you! NFP is a home-visiting program. Our specially trained nurse will meet with you in your home of wherever you are staying, or even at a park or coffee shop throughout your pregnancy and until your child turns two. We want the very best for you and your child, so NFP nurses will help you identify goals for you and your child and dream of the future you want for you family. We want what you want: a healthy pregnancy and delivery, a solid foundation of love and support for your baby, a happy future for your new family.

How to Enroll

Nurse-Family Partnership works with first-time mothers, and our nurses can meet with you as soon as you learn you are expecting. We like to enroll moms by the 16th weeks if possible, but enrollment can happen up to the 28th week of pregnancy.
