What We Do

Clever Sprouts ECEAP Preschool

Our free Clever Sprout ECEAP preschool helps prepare children for kindergarten with fun, engaging classroom activities that support early learning, health, and wellness. Located at the Village on Casino Road, this income-eligible program gives children a strong start while connecting families with resources and support to help them thrive.

Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT)

Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) provides free, in-home services for families with children birth to age three who have a diagnosed developmental delay or disability. Our team of specialists partners with families to support their child’s growth and learning through play-based therapy, coaching, and connection to helpful resources, so children and families can thrive together.

Nurse-Family Partnership

NFP connects first-time pregnant individuals with a specially trained nurse early in pregnancy. Your nurse will visit you at home to support a healthy pregnancy, help you build confidence as a parent, and connect you to helpful resources.

The program is free for pregnant individuals, age 24 or younger, in Snohomish County who qualify for Medicaid, Apple Health, or WIC. We encourage referrals by 24 weeks of pregnancy.

Parents as Teachers

Parents as Teachers offers free, in-home support for families experiencing stress or would like additional support. A trained Parent Educator partners with you to support your child’s growth and development, share parenting tips and tools, connect you with community resources, and help you feel confident every step of the way. The program is voluntary and available to families in Snohomish County experiencing difficult circumstances, with referrals welcome anytime before your child is 4, so families can get the support they need when they need it.

Outreach Support Services

Outreach Support Services provides free, specialized support for families with young children who are facing stress and life challenges. Our team works directly with families in their homes and community to ensure children and parents have the resources they need to grow and thrive. Our team offers perinatal mental health and early relational health counseling for children ages 0–5. We are proud members of the Homeward House collaborative and provider of ECLIPSE services in Snohomish County.
